• Daniel Adero

Daniel Adero is a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist with national, regional and international experience. Daniel has worked with Regional and International organizations including Plan International, Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Program, African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Africa Capacity Alliance (ACA), and the African Wildlife Foundation among others. In these organizations, Daniel has held different portfolios in the field of Communication and Knowledge Management.

He holds a Master of Arts in Communications Studies the University of Nairobi where he specialized in development communications and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communication and Media Technology with IT from Maseno University, Kenya. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management with his thesis focusing on organizational readiness for learning and knowledge management. Daniel is passionate about the advancement of Africa’s agenda and an African-led development programming and hopes to make a positive contribution, however small or big, to its growth and development.

• Nyando V. Violet

Violet Nyando Nyando is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural and Rural Innovations Studies (ARIS) – Egerton University, with lots of passion in Agriculture related field. She has held various positions in different entities including being a lead Consultant for Centre for Agriculture and Rural Cooperation, Netherlands in development of capacity building modules, Root Capital Inl. supporting Impact Evaluation processes amongst its Clients in East Africa and coordinated the development of the Strategic Plan for Eastern Africa Grain Business Institute with Cardno International. She has expertise in Implementing and monitoring strategic plans, Coordinating, managing and implementing operating policies and procedures for various institutions. She is of great value to our team in the line of curriculum design, development and ensures implementation of the training programs. Nyando has been involved in various publications and case studies within the larger East African Region.

• Gillian J. Koech

A highly organized Communications Specialist with 9 years of progressive experience in handling high-level corporate and public sector communications. Worked on a diversity of campaigns and implementation of communications strategies in Kenya and South Africa. Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication from The University of Nairobi in Kenya.

She has the strength to transform and help in defining the qualities of the brand of the organization, while improving the strategies and advertising programs and transforms them as per the needs of the organization. She is capable of developing long and short-term plans according to the business requirements of the organization, Enhance the branding of a product or service and build a winning brand for our clients. She is one of key players when we engage in culture transformation.

• Alex Dianga

Alex is a Communications Specialist with over 15 years’ national, regional and international experience in development communication, developing and implementing communication, media and advocacy strategies with organisations’ brand, vision and values in mind. He is experienced in networking with partners and the media to get the right messages out that raise the profile and understanding of development issues. Alex is adept at conveying complex information in simple, clear, direct style that ordinary people can understand. He has honed impeccable skills in developing knowledge management and communication strategies, plans and budgets; content for various media; media relations; policy engagement; coordination, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of project activities; managing advocacy and networking initiatives.
